Dear valued customers,

As of Monday 1st June 2020, our stores will be allowed to have more than 10 customers at a time to be seated. The number of customers permitted in each store will vary depending on the size of the floor space. Therefore, some stores will be able to allow more customers to dine-in than others. The number of customers permitted to enter the store will be displayed at the entrance.

Please remember to keep to the 1.5m social distancing rule, sanitise your hands and use contactless payment methods if possible.

Notice on 12/05/2020

Dear valued customers,

As of Friday 15th May 2020, our stores will be open for dine-in with only 10 patrons at a time to be seated. This includes outside seating.

For the safety of our staff and customers, we will be serving all beverages in takeaway cups and will make takeaway cutlery available for dine-in. Please remember to keep to the 1.5m social distancing rule, sanitise your hands and use contactless payment methods if possible.

Don’t forget we are still doing takeaway and delivery options via UberEats and DoorDash if you prefer to enjoy OB at home.

We can’t wait to begin serving all your favourite dine-in beverages and desserts again, see you then!

Dear valued customers,

As of midday today (23/03/2020), Oliver Brown has made urgent changes to follow the latest restrictions placed by the government which will change the way we operate.

Most of our stores will still remain open and continue to operate with takeaway and delivery options only, no dine-in services. We apologies for the inconvenience.

Oliver Brown’s response to the COVID-19 pandemic

Dear valued customers,

The team at Oliver Brown has been monitoring the COVID-19 pandemic very closely and we are all doing our best to prepare for the unprecedented challenge.

You won’t miss out on your chocolate and coffee fix. All Oliver Brown stores will remain open for business as usual, however, trading hours may change depending on the unfolding situation. For up-to-date trading hours, please keep an eye on our store’s listing page on our website. Oliver Brown is also available on UberEats, check the UberEats app to find out if your local OB is available.

Our incredible staff are taking every measure possible to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness for the safety and protection of customers and local communities. With these efforts in mind, we have also made the decision to no longer accept KeepCups until further notice, and we may also resort to using only take away utensils for both dine-in and take away orders as a precaution in the future. We appreciate your understanding and apologies for the inconvenience these changes may cause.
