Yes, our all products are available for takeaway

What chocolate do you use?

All Oliver Brown stores use the finest quality chocolate in the world, imported directly from the world’s chocolate capital in Belgium.

Is your chocolate vegan?

Our Dark Belgian chocolate is vegan friendly while Milk & White chocolate contains dairy.

Is your chocolate dairy-free?

No, only Dark chocolate is dairy-free

Is your chocolate vegan or gluten-free?

Our Dark Belgian chocolate is vegan friendly. While the ingredients do not contain any animal products, it is still produced in the same factory as milk and white so there is always low risk of cross contamination.

 

Milk, Dark, and White Belgian chocolate do not contain gluten while Crunchy Balls do contain gluten.

Do you have vegan options?

Yes, the below products are vegan-friendly menu items.

  • Strawberry Dip with Dark Belgian chocolate
  • Iced Latte with alternate milks such as Almond milk, Soy milk, or Oat milk
  • Iced Long Black
  • Hot coffee range with alternate milks such as Almond milk, Soy milk, or Oat milk
  • Hot Chocolate with Dark Belgian chocolate with alternate milks such as Almond milk, Soy milk, or Oat milk
Do you have gluten free options?

Most of our drink menus are gluten-free expect for Crunchy Ball Hot Chocolate and Cookies & Cream iced drink.

Regarding the indulgence menus, the only gluten-free indulgence menu item is our Strawberry Dip.

Do you have lactose-free options?

Yes, we have. We use Milklab’s lactose-free milk. You can simply change the milk option to Lactose Free milk.

Do your products contain nuts?

Mostly, our menu does not contain nuts. Our menus with nuts are Grilled Banana & Walnut Waffles, Chocolate Mountain Sundae, and Sneaky Snickers drink. We always advise traces of nuts maybe present in any part of manufacturing of products we acquire in our stores.

 

Our stores do have a large variety of pastry and cake options so please take care when ordering and seek advice from staff in store for any display cabinet items for nut allergies.

Do your churros contain milk or any dairy products in them?

Unfortunately, our churros do contain dairy products. While they didn’t previously during development of our recipe they now do.

Do your churros contain eggs or nuts in them?

Our churros do not contain eggs or nuts.

Are you Halal friendly?

Oliver Brown works closely with its suppliers to obtain Halal certification for their products we use in store. While we have items which are Halal friendly on our menu given the vast variety on our menus (similar to food allergies), cross contamination can occur during our service.

Why does this store sell different menu items?

Depending on the location, the customer target group may differ, so the menu may vary slightly.

Do you sell vouchers? If so, where can I buy them?

Yes we do, they are available in $5 and $10 increments. We only sell them through Head Office.

My 2023 VIP card is expired, can I get a new 2024 VIP card?

The 2023 VIP card is only valid for use for that year. New VIP cards for 2024 have been issued to all stores and stores can hand out to customers of their choice. However, this is limited and there may be a possibility they have already handed them all out. You can always ask the staff, the general rule of thumb is a card would be swapped for the previous year or the store owner would invite you to be a VIP.

Why is there a surcharge when paying with a credit or debit card?

By law, our businesses are permitted to charge a surcharge for paying by card.

Our card surcharge is 1.13% for any card method. This is the direct charge by our merchant which is passed onto the customer opposed to increasing product prices to offset these fees.
